Bali Concierge was founded by a small team of Balinese hoteliers and drivers who saw a gap between the world-class hospitality of Ubud's resorts and the transport experience of their guests. We partner with boutique hotels, private villas and wellness retreats to offer a trusted, curated network of English-speaking local drivers, private tours and airport transfers.

Every driver is personally vetted, insured, and trained in guest hospitality. We share transparent commissions with our hotel partners and pay our drivers fairly — because great travel experiences start with people who love their island.
